At Ryvive, a product of Hormonal Ventures, we strive to provide the best experience for wellness professionals using our platform. If you are not satisfied with our services, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.
1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1. Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings on Ryvive. 1.2. Upon cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the subscription will not renew. 1.3. No prorated refunds are issued for partial use of the subscription period.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for monthly plans are non-refundable. 2.2. Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual plans are available if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be provided. 2.3. Refunds will only be processed for first-time purchases. Renewals and recurring payments are non-refundable. 2.4. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the platform, please contact support within 3 days of the issue occurring. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
3.1. In rare cases, refunds may be provided beyond the standard policy for extraordinary situations, such as duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions. Please contact our support team with details. 3.2. Refund requests for payments made through third-party payment processors (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) are subject to their respective refund policies.
